At Eirmis Solutions we take the Health and Saftey of staff and clients very seriously. It is therefore important that we make you aware that it might take a bit longer for us to deal with your enquiry or issue. Below are some changes we have had to make to ensure that we can comply with the current and any future restrictions.

UPDATE
As the work from home rule has now returned we can confirm that most of our team who are working remotely anyway has been extended to all of the team.
All team members will be working masked and can produce a covid passport on request. If one of the team has a visit booked with you for this week that we cannot postpone we can assure you that lateral flow tests will be taken at least the day before the visit as well as 2 days after. Our team members for this week only have been limited to 1 client visit a day to cut down the chance of transmission.
As of Friday 17th at 3 pm NO FACE TO FACE Client visits will happen for at least 4 weeks. The only exemption to this is for a service repair which for us to operate safely we require to deal with only one person who can wear a face mask in a covid secure environment and that both our team members and that one person must be able to show each other a negative lateral flow test.
IT Support/Repair
We will ONLY enter a customer’s premises if they have a device failure that cannot be fixed remotely and the fault is stopping a business that could remain active from doing so. We do suggest that the device is available for collection a secure location to enable us to provide a Contactless Collection and Delivery. If we must enter a customer’s premises This WILL BE A LAST RESORT. On entering we will ensure that Social Distancing Measure are in place and face coverings are worn. Hand-Sanitiser will
On Collecting a device we will ensure that it is securely quarantined for at least 48Hrs before working the device. This may therefore not allow us to meet our usual fault-finding targets.
On returning a device to you it will be sealed in a bag or box size permitting and again will be quarantined for 48Hrs before returning to you.
All other services are running as normal and we are doing appointments remotely to ensure we can continue to provide the best support that we currently can.
