Once we have received the item we will be quarantined overnight due to Covid protocols and booked onto our internal system the next morning. We will also contact you directly should we have any questions or news on your recovery.
Booking a recovery is agreeing to the standard service, if we can recover under this then we will proceed to do so. If it requires further work then we will come back to you explaining what service is required and why. At this point the you have a choice to continue or not.
If you decide not to continue we shall NOT be able to refund you the Deposit of £20 fee as this is for work that would have already been carried out.
